Adding unnecessary, natural, natural food supplements costs us "only" money. In the words of Jiří Čech: Overall, these products can be classified as a scam for customers
. While Jiří Čech is talking about fuel and oil additives , I would like to mention here a short and incomplete list of biological additives that I find dubious:
- Arginine (said to be an erection , according to him was also named medially known Arginmax )
- GABA (said to sleep )
- taurine (part of "energy drinks", said to increase mental performance )
- partially hydrolysed edible oils
